Overview
Flow Signa is a multi-tenant e-signature SaaS built during a summer internship. The backend is a modular Maven monolith powered by Spring Boot 3.4 and Java 17, driving the entire e-signature workflow with Flowable BPMN.
The BPMN layer handles validation gateways, human tasks and notifications, while RBAC controls access across 5 distinct roles. Security relies on stateless JWT (Spring Security), backed by a comprehensive audit trail.
Every signature is legally defensible: proof of IP address, User-Agent, file hash and user consent are persisted in PostgreSQL, and a React 19 frontend keeps the flow smooth for end users.
